The flavor is so good and light that I once took two whole gummies, thinking it would be fine. Two was too much for me. If I relaxed into it, I would have been fine, but my anxiety reacted when the sensations hit. I got paranoid. I've since kept to only half of one gummy and it works great for me. My wife reacts with only a third of the gummy. If you're new to it like me, start small.
