The place I was staying was an all inclusive resort, so I was indeed having drinks every day. I would eat 2-4 gummies for the day and feel great, but I will say now, I am not sure if it was because of the alcohol or your gummies. Reason why is, I took 6 at home just relaxing one night and did not have a real effect as expected... to be honest I am just a little perplexed if they work as I thought they did in Florida.
Only real complaint is it takes so many to feel sufficient. Need more than 15 per pack.
