**Gummies **1.5 mg of the blend per gummy x 15 gummies (22.5mg for entire bag)
**Chocolate Bars** 1.5mg of the blend x 15 squares (22.5 for entire bar)
**Vape Pens **2 grams of the blend for the entire pen, this is a very microdose effect, because you don’t inhale as much vs. eating a gummy. (For example, would need to use the entire pen at once to get the same effect as using one gummy)
