What Are THC Vape Pens?
THC vape pens are disposable vaporizers used to inhale THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). As disposables, these vape pens are perfect grab-and-go devices for people who love to vape. They’re ready to go right out of the box and you can trash them when you’re finished. And best of all, they’re packed with high-quality THC e-liquid!
How Disposable Weed Pens Work
Using one of our 2g weed pens is easy-peasy. Just remove it from the packaging, hold it to your mouth, and inhale deeply. That’s it! And when your pen is empty, just toss it and get a new one.
Our 3.5mg vape pens function slightly differently from the older 2mg models, but are simple to use. Just press the button on the side five times to turn the device on or off. Press the button twice to preheat the oil. A white light will flash once, then stay on for 3-4 seconds. The light will turn off when preheating is complete. Hold the button while inhaling to activate the device.
Live Resin, Rosin & Liquid Diamonds Explained
Most of our THC vape pens are made with distillate, but we also make some insanely high-quality live resin. While slightly lower in THC content, live resin offers a more complex and well-rounded experience, thanks (in part) to its rich terpene profile. Live resin vape pens offer a slightly mellower buzz than those made with distillate, ideal for the space cadet on the go.
Live rosin is created by flash-freezing high-quality hemp immediately after harvest. In doing so, we’re able to trap in all of the delicious terpenes and prevent the degradation of those sweet, psychoactive cannabinoids. This means you get super baked while enjoying a full, extremely flavorful terpene profile.
Liquid diamonds are right up there with the most potent cannabis concentrates. They’re made by extracting trichomes from raw hemp buds. These trichomes are packed with aromatic terpenes and flavonoids, plus an army of powerful cannabinoids. We extract these crystalline structures right at their most pristine peak, locking in all those delicious, strain-specific terpenes, flavonoids, and cannabinoids!
Disposable vs Rechargeable Pens
Disposable vape pens are exactly what the name implies: vape pens that are meant to be disposed of when they run out of vape liquid. Rechargeable pens, on the other hand, use a replaceable e-liquid cartridge, which you can easily swap out when you are finished with it or wish to swap in another flavor. We carry both THC vape pens and a wide selection of THC vape cartridges (plus, some bangin’ HHC prerolls!).
Benefits & Effects of THC Vape Pens
Here’s a quick primer on the effects you can expect from our THC vape pens.
How Fast Do the Effects Kick In?
Because vapes send the THC directly to your lungs, where it is almost instantly absorbed into the bloodstream, you can feel the effects of a THC vape pen within just a few minutes— sometimes, even seconds!
How Long Does a Vape Pen Last?
The effects of a THC vape generally last an hour or two, depending on the strength of your pen and personal bioavailability factors, such as height, weight, tolerance, and metabolism.
Flavor Profiles & Terpenes
One of the places where our pens shine brightest is the incredible flavors. Our mad scientists have created a wide variety of fruity flavors, including Blueberry Slushie, Texas Peach Cobbler, Frosted Guava, and many more. And we’ve also used natural terpenes to reproduce the flavors of some of the most iconic cannabis strains, including Granddaddy Purple, Pineapple Express, Sour Diesel, and more!
How to Choose the Right Vape Pen
With so many choices, there are a number of things to consider when you shop for THC vape pens.
Potency Levels & Cannabinoid Blends
Not all THC pens are created equal. Our pens come in a variety of cannabinoid blends, which can greatly affect the potency of your pen. In particular, our Liquid Diamonds pens are very high potency. You’ll also find our Liquid Budder pens to hit harder than most.
Indica, Sativa & Hybrid Options
There are different types of cannabis strains, as you’re probably aware. Sativa strains generally produce more uplifting and euphoric effects, while indicas are more chillaxing. Hybrids give you the best of both worlds: a solid head buzz with super-chill vibes. We’ve formulated some of our popular vape pens with natural cannabinoids and terpenes to deliver authentic cannabis strain vibes.
Popular Flavors & Strains
If taste is your guiding light, we carry a variety of lip-smacking flavors, ranging from Watermelon Gusherz to Sunset Sherbet to Grape Guava Punch and more. We also carry a number of THC vape pens formulated to evoke such classic strains as Purple Lemon Haze, Granddaddy Purple, Pineapple Express, Sour Diesel, and more. Whatever your flavor or strain preference, we got you!
Explore Our Cannabinoid Types
We offer a large selection of pens, featuring a wide variety of cannabinoids. Here are some of the most popular cannabinoids used in our THC vape pens.
Delta 8 Vape Pens
Looking to enjoy a mellow body and head buzz? Delta 8 vape pens are the way to go. Delta 8 is a psychoactive isomer of delta-9 THC that provides the perfect blend of body chill and head haze.
Delta 9 Vape Pens
Most people refer to delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol as, simply, “THC.” Along with CBD, it’s the most common cannabinoid found in cannabis—and it’s the one most people associate with all those super-euphoric marijuana feels. Of course, you can also extract dank delta 9 from legal hemp, which is what we do. And yes, you get the same mega-hazy experience with our delta 9 vape pens, but without all the legal hassles!
THC-A Vape Pens
THC-A is the Clark Kent of cannabinoids. In its acidic form, this mild-mannered compound has no psychoactive punch. But if you activate it with heat, THC-A throws on a cape and kicks serious booty! That’s because it converts to straight-up THC! So, if you feel like getting super-lifted, grab one of our THCA vape pens!
HHC Vape Pens
HHC is made by adding hydrogen molecules to delta-9 THC. Generally speaking, the effects of HHC are a little less intense and more clear-headed than delta 9. Because of this, many canna-connoisseurs prefer to keep HHC vape pens in their stash specifically for that change-of-pace buzz.
Safety, Legality & Lab Testing
Farm Bill Compliance Explained
All of our THC vape pens contain legal levels of THC, as set forth by the 2018 US Farm Bill. This bill made it legal to grow, manufacture, and sell hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC (measured by dry weight). However, some states and local areas may have restrictions, so check with local law enforcement to understand the restrictions in your area.
Third-Party Lab Reports
All of our vape pens and other products adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure that they are consistently safe, effective, and of the highest quality. Our products are also tested by an independent, third-party laboratory for purity and potency. These reports (called a Certificate of Analysis) are available on our website for customer transparency.
Responsible Use & Age Restrictions
All of our products are legally restricted to customers, ages 21 and up. These products may cause psychotropic effects, so do not drive or operate any heavy machinery when using any TRĒ House product. Do not use this product unless recommended by your doctor. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. And do not use this product if you have any diagnosed or undiagnosed health conditions.
THC Vape Pens vs Other Products
THC vape pens can hit differently than other types of THC products. Let’s take a look at how they compare:
Vape Pens vs THC Gummies
While vape pens hit quickly and the effects last only an hour or two, THC gummies take a while to kick in (usually 30–120 minutes) and can last for six to eight hours. Gummies can also offer a more discreet option for public consumption.
Vape Pens vs THC Carts
THC carts (or vape cartridges) deliver the same effects as our vape pens. They hit quickly, and the effects generally last for an hour or two. The difference is that THC vape pens are disposable devices, while carts are used to load into a rechargeable THC vaping device.
Vape Pens vs THC Syrups
THC syrups don’t hit as quickly as vaping THC, but you can feel their effects much quicker than edibles (usually in 15–30 minutes). The effects of a THC syrup generally last four to six hours.
FAQs About THC Vape Pens & Weed Pens
Our 2g pens deliver approximately 800 puffs per pen, while our 3.5g pens deliver approximately 1400 puffs.
Yes. One of the most commonly screened substances is THC. So, if you know you have a drug screening coming up, you should avoid using a THC vape pen or other THC products.
The amount of THC per puff from a vape pen varies based on the size of each hit. However, we can provide a general estimate:
- 2g pens: Approximately 800 puffs per pen, resulting in about 0.25mg of THC per puff.
- 3.5g pens: Approximately 1,400 puffs per pen, also providing about 0.25mg of THC per puff.
The legality of traveling with THC vape pens completely depends on the local laws in the state from which you are departing and your destination. While Federal law allows for hemp products containing less than 0.3% THC, some local areas have their own regulations. So, always keep that in mind when you travel.
If you’re flying, you should know that the TSA permits electronic smoking devices only in carry-on baggage. Lithium-ion batteries must not exceed 100 Watt-hours (Wh), and lithium metal batteries must contain no more than 2 grams of lithium. All TRĒ House THC vapes comply with these TSA guidelines. However, check with your airline to confirm if THC vape pens are allowed and if they have specific storage rules. And, as noted above, ensure both your departure location and destination permit hemp-derived THC vape pens.
For most people, a few hits are enough. However, some may choose to keep going until they achieve their desired effects.
