I take a half and that is more than enough of a high for me. They taste good. You do get the munchies. Overall they are great.

I was taking tramadol for back pain, now these work for me to help with the pain.
So the only con I have is the taste is decent. But other than that they work really good. If I just want a little bit of relaxation then I’ll take 1/4 to half of one cube. The full effect I’ll take a whole one. But I’ll take a full one when I’m not working the next day otherwise it makes it hard for me to wake up cause I’m still too relaxed. But whatever size you take works really good for sleep. At least for me. In a nice deep sleep all night. Highly recommend!
