These gummies are quite potent. I began with half a gummy, and with my moderate tolerance, I wasn't certain if I'd need a full one to feel the effects. However, just half was sufficient. If you're unsure, start with a quarter or half a gummy and wait 45 minutes to an hour before considering more.

I like the product the only thing I didn't like was the child proof cap I have arthritis so I had to transfer the gummy's to another container but other than that great buzz and I like the fact there's no added sugar to them
Much stronger than my medical gummies. Who would have thought. 20 count is 400mg, dispensary 20 count is 100mg. First time I took a whole one and was SO stoned. After that I cut them in half, still a great high. I could probably use 1/4 for bed, and more for fun. :grin: This makes them more cost effective than the dispensary and I don't have to stand in line.
