Ate 5 to start with one day then the next day at 11 yes there was an extra gummie in the pouch. 5 gummies was a good 2 hr experience and the 11 gummies was a 4.5 hr experience. Everything like a good trip with no visuals or eye dialations. Sent half my order to a good friend to have some fun with, he's been down lately and thought this may enlighten his spirit.

I decided to try these since TreHouse is one of the few brands that discloses their active ingredients. They definitely do what they claim to do. Six gave me a mild but solid trip. I laid on the floor crying for 45 minutes because I got emotional listening to a song. It was cathartic and great. The only downside is the nausea (but this is isn't unusual for these kinds of things), and the fact that I end up being pretty sleepy afterwards (guessing this is the 5-HTP). Great product. I definitely recommend.
