How to Take TRĒ Tabs

The recommended serving size for our TRĒ Tabs is one-fourth of a tablet. If this is your first time, we highly advise that you stop right there. You can expect to feel your tab hit between 15 and 45 minutes after consumption, peaking after one or two hours. The entire experience should last four to six hours.
